Liltay in China
The life and times of Liltay in China: 2006 - 2007
It's like seeing the movie before reading the book...
...or maybe that's just my opinion.

I've got tons of new photos up on flickr. I've not written about several of the outings they illustrate. A lot has happened in the past three days, let me tell you! I've set aside today to catch up in the afternoon. I may try and get to Wuhan University today or I might hop on a bus and see where it goes - it's the only way I've found to figure out the bus routes in this city.

So this entry is here to let you know about all of the new photos: my evening with the Governor, my Karaoke experience, my co-teachers and neighbors, my adventure with Eileen the other day where we went EVERYWHERE and then some, and my troubling adventure to East Lake yesterday. Dead fish, dead fish, dead fish. Can tiny spores from the obviously extremely toxic lake waft up and into my nose and do to me what they did to those poor fish? These are the things I think about...

PS - I'm trying something new with the font and sizes of things. Is it helping with the leading?

On my Mac at work, this is practically illegible. (I had to copy and paste into a Word doc.)

Lucky for me, my sorry old PC digests the font well...the best being the traffic jam post. MOM PS the hardest part for me is deciphering the dang word verification so I can prove I'm a human, not a computer.

Alrighty then, Lucinda at size 2 it is. And, regarding word verification, I TOTALLY agree - I hate doing that! Are you supposed to try and determine if the letters are capitalized or not? This is an instance where the code should NOT be case-sensitive because I think it is up for interpretation...especially "P"s. And, to make you feel better, check this out: the literal translation for computer in Chinese is "electric brain".
